Subject Reyes has been confirmed in possession of, and is the author of, subversive political materials, including unauthorized historical records, unreleased government files (classified), and handwritten anti-state manifestos. Subject is suspected of coordinating with known agitators:

• Maria Vega (journalist, fugitive, presumed active)

• Camila Santos (law student, niece, supply runner, under surveillance)

• Samir Patel (former telecommunications engineer, suspected data courier, current location unknown)

• Two unidentified males approximate ages, 30 and 50.

Subject is currently in hiding at GRID COORD: 39°47’46”N, 105°34’12”W — remote structure (wooden cabin, pre-digital construction), approximately 7.2 km north of Boulder perimeter. Intelligence suggests subject has been off-grid for 187 days; suspected to be compiling material for wide-scale dissemination via underground networks. No known companions; subject should be considered armed and dangerous.
